Davido accused of fraud by UK artist, Robby Law

UK artist Robby Law accuses Davido of fraud.

Afrobeats superstar, Davido has found himself at the center of another controversy, as UK-based artist, Robby Law has accused him of defrauding him of £15,000 (N28m).

While in a viral video, Robby Law alleged that he paid Davido the sum for a collaboration, which was recorded over four years ago. However, Davido has refused to release the song.

Additionally, Robby Law claimed that when he recently contacted Davido about the song, but he was told to bring more money to record new music. Also, Davido allegedly stated that the old song was no longer viable. Moreso, the UK-based singer was emotional in the video, expressing his disappointment and frustration with Davido’s actions.

Basically, this accusation comes on the heels of similar controversies involving Davido. Particularly, a recent claim by Portable that Davido used him for clout and gave him wrong advice. Also, a past accusation by Dammy Krane that Davido owed him money.
