I Don’t Promote Prostitution With “Koroba” – Tiwa Savage

Nigerian bad Gyal, Tiwa Savage has come out to defend some thoughts insinuating “Koroba” encourages prostitution.

There was a recent argument on twitter which stated that the first verse of the song encourages transactional sex.

It reads;

“I no come this life to suffer
If I follow politician
You go hear am for paper
Them go call am prostitution
Who no like enjoyment?
If money dey for pocket
Shebi na national budget o?
We go blow am like trumpet e (okay)”.

The crooner, Tiwa Savage has now took out time to respond to the critics and also made note of an important thing to do for the politicians stealing the country’s money.

Read her tweet below!

“Let me break down the message 2 you sir – we crucify young women going after rich politicians for their money, calling them prostitutes but we don’t call out the politicians. Hence the line ‘money wey you no work for’ we should hold them accountable too #koroba”.
